Prices include VAT where it applies. Credit packs are sold by Designey itself; who stands behind it is in the imprint, and your card statement will show DESIGNEY. Your credits are delivered the moment the payment goes through, and the checkout asks you to agree to that, which ends the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for what has been delivered. We refund a pack within 14 days anyway, as long as no credit from it has been spent. The terms have the details.
